You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. If you have a question or request, you can send an email to privacy@count-it.eu with a copy of your passport or identity card. You may mask your citizen service number (BSN), date of birth and photo.
Count-IT B.V. will in principle respond to a request for access or correction within four weeks. In the case of a request for deletion, Count-IT B.V. will delete the personal data concerned as soon as possible, unless and insofar as the law requires the personal data concerned to be retained or there are other compelling reasons that prevent deletion.
After carrying out a request for deletion, Count-IT B.V. will send you a confirmation. If Count-IT B.V. has not deleted (all of) the personal data concerned, Count-IT B.V. will send you a message explaining why the request could not be (fully) granted.
If Count-IT B.V. cannot determine, or cannot fully determine, which personal data a request for access, correction or deletion relates to, Count-IT B.V. may ask you to specify your request (in more detail). The request will then be put on hold until you have provided this (further) specification.
