It is only shared where necessary, for example with our hosting provider Rootnet (servers in the Netherlands), Microsoft 365 for email, Mailchimp for our newsletter and, for the AI support chat in the knowledge base, with our AI provider OpenAI via the Count-IT support system, or to comply with a legal obligation. The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics; visitor statistics are kept without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
- You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Send your request to privacy@count-it.eu with a copy of your passport or identity card; you may mask your citizen service number (BSN), date of birth and photo.
- Count-IT B.V. will in principle respond to a request for access or correction within four weeks. Data you ask us to delete is deleted as soon as possible, unless and insofar as the law requires us to retain it.
- If you have a complaint about the use of personal data, please contact Count-IT B.V. first. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
