Connect Centraal Boekhuis to Count-IT

With the Centraal Boekhuis (CB) integration you load the CB assortment into Count-IT and send purchase orders electronically.

Count-IT loads the assortment and product data from Centraal Boekhuis, sends purchase orders electronically to CB and processes the response messages, such as order confirmations. Designed for bookshops, other shops and concept stores that buy books through CB.

Centraal Boekhuis (CB) handles distribution for a large part of the Dutch book trade. The integration is a supplier integration: once activated, the Supplier data section appears on CB.

Assortment: load titles and product data, including weight and dimensions if CB provides them. Missing values do not erase your existing data.
Purchase orders are sent electronically to CB; the line note goes along as a reference.
Response messages, such as order confirmations, are processed in Count-IT.

If a value is longer than CB allows, Count-IT shows before sending what will actually be sent and asks you to confirm.

How to set it up

Activate the supplier integration
Supplier integrations sit alongside the regular app connector. Once activated, the Supplier data section appears on the supplier.
Load the assortment
Load the assortment and choose which fields you take over. Start with a small selection, as chosen fields can overwrite existing data.
Link products
Link your own products to the supplier's products.
Send purchase orders
Send purchase orders electronically from Count-IT. Response messages are processed in Count-IT.
