With the Parcel Pro integration you create shipments and labels from Count-IT, choose pickup points and the shipping status comes back automatically.
Count-IT sends shipments to Parcel Pro and loads shipping methods, labels and pickup points; status changes come back via webhooks. Suitable for shops, webshops, B2B businesses and wholesalers that ship via Parcel Pro.
Parcel Pro is a shipping platform for sending with several carriers through one account.
With the integration you create a shipment from an order or pick list, choose the shipping method and, if needed, a pickup point, and print the label. Parcel Pro reports status changes via webhooks, so you see in Count-IT where a parcel is. You connect with your Parcel Pro user ID and API key.

You choose which data types and directions you use for each integration. Pick one leading system per data type, so changes do not overwrite each other.
Add Parcel Pro via Settings › Master data › App connector › Apps and enter the API details of your Parcel Pro account.
Load the shipping methods from Parcel Pro and choose your default.
Create a shipment from an order or pick list. Make sure the delivery address, country, weight and shipping method are complete; Count-IT creates the label.
The shipping status comes back to Count-IT, so you can see what is on its way.
