Sendcloud is a shipping platform for creating labels with several carriers through one account. With the integration you do this from Count-IT, where your orders already are.

What the integration does for you

Shipping methods loaded from your Sendcloud account, with a default of your choice.
Shipment and label created from an order or pick list, with the delivery address already filled in.
Pickup points where the carrier supports them.
Shipping status and track & trace back in Count-IT; you can also cancel a shipment.

Good to know

A shipment needs a complete delivery address, country, weight and shipping method. Dimensions and weight can be requested in general or per parcel. You connect with the public and secret key from your Sendcloud account.

How to set it up

Add and connect the app
Add Sendcloud via Settings › Master data › App connector › Apps and enter the API details of your Sendcloud account.
Load shipping methods
Load the shipping methods from Sendcloud and choose your default.
Create a shipment
Create a shipment from an order or pick list. Make sure the delivery address, country, weight and shipping method are complete; Count-IT creates the label.
Track the status
The shipping status comes back to Count-IT, so you can see what is on its way.
