Through the integration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK), you look up companies and complete company details on customer records in Count-IT automatically.
Count-IT looks up companies in the KVK Business Register and copies details such as name, KVK number and address to the contact record. That saves typing and prevents errors. KVK charges €0.02 per request. Useful for B2B businesses and wholesalers with many Dutch business customers.
When you create a business customer or supplier, you look up the company by name or KVK number. Count-IT retrieves the basic profile from KVK and completes the details on the contact record.
KVK lookups are paid: KVK charges €0.02 per request. That is why the KVK search feature is only active if you have allowed it in the contact settings.
