With the CS-Cart integration, products and categories from your webshop come into Count-IT and stock goes back to CS-Cart.

  • Stock goes from Count-IT to CS-Cart.

You connect with the host, username and API key of your CS-Cart environment.

Synchronisation

What is synchronised?

This is the data Count-IT exchanges with CS-Cart, and the direction in which it flows.

You choose which data types and directions you use for each integration. Pick one leading system per data type, so changes do not overwrite each other.

Setup

How to set it up

  1. Add the app

Go to Settings › Master data › App connector › Apps, choose Add app, select CS-Cart and save the app.

  2. Connect

Open Connection and grant access, or enter the details you received from CS-Cart. Then choose the right administration, store or environment.

  3. Choose directions and mappings

For each data type, set the direction and the leading system, and configure compare fields and mappings (for example VAT, payment methods or warehouses).

  4. Test first

Test with one contact, one product or one transaction and check the result in History › Synchronisation.

  5. Synchronise automatically

Did the test work? Then switch on automatic synchronisation. Enter an email address for synchronisation errors, so you are notified if something keeps failing.
