Connect Magento to Count-IT

Count-IT synchronises customers, products, stock, prices, discounts, shipments and loyalty points with your Magento 2 webshop; orders come in automatically.

In short

With the Magento 2 integration, customers, products, stock, discounts and loyalty points flow in both directions, prices and shipments go to Magento, and webshop orders come into Count-IT. Product groups and invoices are not exchanged. Designed for retailers and B2B businesses with a Magento 2 webshop alongside their shop or sales team.

  • Category: Webshop
  • Included in the Full plan
  • We help you set it up personally

Magento (Adobe Commerce) is an extensive e-commerce platform for B2C and B2B. With the integration you manage stock, prices and customers in one place and process webshop orders together with your in-store sales.

What the integration does for you

  • Customers in both directions; customer groups from Magento.
  • Products and stock in both directions.
  • Prices to Magento, and discounts (with offer dates) in both directions.
  • Webshop orders come into Count-IT; shipments go back to Magento.
  • Loyalty points are exchanged in both directions, so the points balance is the same in store and online.

Prices per store

Do you have several Magento stores? In the app, enter the store ID you want under Product price - Store ID and Discount - Store ID; 0 keeps the default processing. Magento's own price scope decides whether a price applies per website or globally.

Not synchronised: product groups and invoices.

Synchronisation

What is synchronised?

This is the data Count-IT exchanges with Magento, and the direction in which it flows.

Setup

How to set it up

  1. Add the app

Go to Settings › Master data › App connector › Apps, choose Add app, select Magento and save the app.

  2. Connect

Open Connection and grant access, or enter the details you received from Magento. Then choose the right administration, store or environment.

  3. Choose directions and mappings

For each data type, set the direction and the leading system, and configure compare fields and mappings (for example VAT, payment methods or warehouses).

  4. Test first

Test with one contact, one product or one transaction and check the result in History › Synchronisation.

  5. Synchronise automatically

Did the test work? Then switch on automatic synchronisation. Enter an email address for synchronisation errors, so you are notified if something keeps failing.
