With the Shopware integration you use vouchers and gift cards from your Shopware environment at the Count-IT till.
The Shopware integration is for gift cards and vouchers: at the till you check the balance, activate a voucher, top it up or redeem it. Products, stock and orders are not synchronised with Shopware. Useful for shops that issue vouchers through Shopware.
Shopware is an e-commerce platform. Count-IT uses the integration as a voucher provider: vouchers that exist in your Shopware environment can be accepted in store.
At the till you can check the balance, activate a voucher, add or deduct a balance and reverse a transaction. Internal Count-IT gift cards do not need an external integration.

You choose which data types and directions you use for each integration. Pick one leading system per data type, so changes do not overwrite each other.
Add Shopware via Settings › Master data › App connector › Apps and enter the details you received from Shopware.
Link Shopware to a gift card payment method, so you can scan or enter the card at the till.
Check the balance of a test card and test a redemption. Only combine internal Count-IT gift cards with external cards once you have tested posting and balances.
