Connect e-Boekhouden.nl to Count-IT

With the integration between Count-IT and e-Boekhouden.nl, your contacts, sales invoices and daily POS revenue flow into your accounts automatically.

In short

The integration sends sales invoices and entries (such as daily POS revenue) from Count-IT to e-Boekhouden.nl and exchanges contacts and cost centres in both directions. Count-IT loads general ledger accounts and journals from e-Boekhouden.nl. Useful for shops, hospitality businesses and concept stores that keep their books in e-Boekhouden.nl.

  • Included in the Full plan

e-Boekhouden.nl is an online accounting package for Dutch businesses. With the integration you no longer retype revenue, invoices or contacts: Count-IT prepares them as entries (mutations) in your administration.

What the integration does for you

  • Daily POS revenue: revenue from cash and card payments is posted to e-Boekhouden.nl, so your cash and bank books add up.
  • Sales invoices you create in Count-IT are posted in e-Boekhouden.nl.
  • Contacts (customers and suppliers) and cost centres stay the same in both systems.
  • General ledger accounts and journals are loaded into Count-IT, so you can map them to VAT codes and payment methods.

Good to know

Mapping VAT codes and payment methods is the most important part of this integration: it decides which ledger account each entry lands on. You manage products and stock in Count-IT; they are not sent to e-Boekhouden.nl. For administrations that still use the older SOAP variant of e-Boekhouden.nl, that route is also available.
