Connect Uniconta to Count-IT

Count-IT synchronises contacts, products, sales orders, invoices and entries in both directions with Uniconta.

In short

The Uniconta integration works in both directions for contacts, products, product groups, sales orders, sales invoices, journal entries, general ledger accounts and VAT codes. Count-IT loads journals and payment terms from Uniconta. Suitable for wholesalers, B2B businesses and retailers that use Uniconta as their ERP.

  • Category: Accounting
  • Included in the Full plan
  • We help you set it up personally

Uniconta is an online ERP and accounting system. Count-IT connects through the Uniconta Web API; you sign in with your Uniconta username, password and company ID.

What the integration does for you

  • Contacts: customers and suppliers, including mobile number, website, blocking and credit limit.
  • Products and product groups, including minimum stock and no-discount.
  • Sales orders and sales invoices, with their lines.
  • Journal entries, general ledger accounts and VAT codes; journals and payment terms from Uniconta.

Good to know

Order numbers must be numeric. An existing order is linked when you synchronise again if order details and lines match. If Count-IT cannot confirm processing in Uniconta, invoicing stops without a local replacement invoice, so no duplicate invoices are created.

  4. Test first

Test with one contact, one product or one transaction and check the result in History › Synchronisation.

  5. Synchronise automatically

Did the test work? Then switch on automatic synchronisation. Enter an email address for synchronisation errors, so you are notified if something keeps failing.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the Uniconta integration

What do I need to connect Uniconta?

Your Uniconta username, password and company ID. A separate key for invoicing is not needed.

Can a contact be both a customer and a supplier?

Yes. An existing contact can become both customer and supplier through import; the other role is kept.

Why must an order number be numeric?

Uniconta works with numeric order numbers. So use a number series with digits only in Count-IT for orders that go to Uniconta.
