Online ordering

Online ordering for hospitality with your own order page

Let guests order online for takeaway or delivery on your own order page, with your own menu, prices and house style. The order arrives straight in Count-IT, the same system as your POS.

In short

The Count-IT one-page order shop is your own online order page where customers see your whole range on one page, choose a pickup or delivery time and pay online. The order arrives in Count-IT and can be printed automatically. It is your own alternative alongside delivery platforms such as Thuisbezorgd.nl.

  • Your menu on one page, with category buttons and product options
  • Pickup and/or delivery, at a chosen time within your opening hours
  • Online payment via Mollie or Pay.nl, order straight into Count-IT

What is your own online order page?

Your own order page is a webshop for your own business where guests place their order, at your own address and in your own house style. In Count-IT it is called the one-page order shop: all your products are on one page, grouped by category, so a guest scrolls quickly through the menu and adds something to the basket with one click.

The order page uses the same products and prices as your POS. Change a price in Count-IT and it applies online too. An order arrives in Count-IT as a webshop order and can automatically become a sales order and invoice, so online revenue and POS revenue are in the same system.

The order page is designed for hospitality businesses with takeaway or delivery, such as a restaurant, snack bar or lunchroom, but works just as well for a bakery or shop that lets customers order online and collect. Features

What your order page can do

Everything you need to let guests order online themselves.

Your whole menu on one page

Products are listed per category. The category buttons at the top move along as you scroll, so guests always see where they are. On a phone each item shows the first three lines of its description, with Read more for ingredients and allergens, for example.

Product options

If a product has options, such as a choice or an extra, the guest selects them when ordering. Any surcharge for an option is added to the price.

Choose a time

Let guests choose a day and time within your opening hours. You set the interval (for example every 15 minutes), the minimum preparation time and how many days ahead people can order.

Pickup or delivery

Switch on pickup, delivery or both. You limit delivery to your own delivery area based on postcodes, and a minimum order amount is checked at checkout. You set shipping costs, optionally depending on the order amount, and free delivery from a certain amount. You set fields such as the address to required, optional or hidden.

Online payment

Guests pay online straight away through a connected payment provider, such as Mollie or Pay.nl. They see the payment methods that are active with your provider.

Order straight into Count-IT and onto the printer

The order arrives in Count-IT and can automatically become a sales order. The order lines can go per product to your kitchen or bar printer as a kitchen ticket, even only shortly before the chosen time. Automatic printing requires the Count-IT app to be running on a device in your venue. If you wish, the guest receives an order confirmation by email.

Your own house style, also on mobile

Choose colours, corner rounding, a header image, your logo and favicon. The basket sits beside the products or floats as an icon; on a phone the page is designed for that.

Findable and multilingual

The page automatically gives search engines and AI assistants your company details, logo and products, with a sitemap and llms.txt. The order page is available in Dutch, English, German and French.

How it works

From menu to order in the kitchen

  1. Prepare the menu

You choose which products and categories can be ordered online. Prices come from Count-IT.

  2. Set up the order page

You set house style, pickup or delivery, your delivery area, a minimum order amount, times, shipping costs, terms and conditions and your payment provider.

  3. Guest orders and pays

The guest chooses products and a time, fills in their details and pays online.

  4. Process the order

The order arrives in Count-IT and, if you wish, is printed automatically, so you are ready on time.

To be fair

What the order page does not do (yet)

So you know in advance whether it fits.

  • Paying on collection, in cash or by card, is not possible through the order page: guests always pay online.
  • Guests do not order at the table themselves via a QR code; in your venue your staff take the order on the POS, a tablet or a phone.
  • Count-IT is not a delivery platform: guests find your order page through your own website, Google or your own channels, and you arrange delivery yourself.
  • The order shop is part of the Full plan, not Light.
Frequently asked questions

Questions about online ordering

Can I create my own order page for my restaurant with Count-IT?

Yes. With the one-page order shop you create your own online order page with your menu, prices and house style. Guests order for pickup or delivery and pay online. The order shop is part of the Full plan.

Is my own order page an alternative to Thuisbezorgd?

It is your own channel alongside or instead of delivery platforms such as Thuisbezorgd.nl. The order comes straight to you and into Count-IT. The difference is that you make sure guests find your order page and you deliver yourself.

Can guests choose a pickup or delivery time?

Yes. Switch on time selection and the guest chooses a day and time within your opening hours. You set the interval between times, a minimum preparation time and how many days ahead people can order.

How do guests pay for their online order?

Online, through a connected payment provider such as Mollie or Pay.nl, with the payment methods active with that provider. Paying on collection is not possible through the order page.

Does the order go to the kitchen automatically?

Yes, if you set it up. The order arrives in Count-IT and is printed automatically, as a complete order or per product as a kitchen ticket on your kitchen or bar printer. An order for later can be printed only shortly in advance. Automatic printing requires the Count-IT app to be running on a device in your venue.

Can I show allergens and ingredients?

Yes, in the product description. On a phone the list shows the first three lines; with Read more the guest expands the full text.

Is the order page also suitable for a bakery or shop?

Yes. Any business that wants customers to order online for collection or delivery can use the order page. For a large range with category pages and customer accounts, the complete webshop is a better fit.

Does the order page use the same products and prices as my POS?

Yes. The order page works directly on your products and prices in Count-IT; discounts you set on a product apply online too. There is nothing to transfer or synchronise.
