With Count-IT you accept Intersolve gift cards: checking, activating, topping up and redeeming all happen straight from the till.
Count-IT checks the balance of Intersolve cards, activates and tops up cards and deducts the amount at checkout. A transaction can be reversed. Designed for shops and hospitality businesses registered as acceptors of Intersolve gift cards.
Intersolve specialises in gift cards, e-vouchers and loyalty programmes. Many shopping areas and chains issue cards through Intersolve.
With the integration you scan or enter the card at the till. Count-IT checks the balance and deducts the amount. You can also activate and top up cards.
Want to accept cards? Contact the issuer to register as an acceptor. Internal Count-IT gift cards do not need an external integration.

You choose which data types and directions you use for each integration. Pick one leading system per data type, so changes do not overwrite each other.
Add Intersolve via Settings › Master data › App connector › Apps and enter the details you received from Intersolve.
Link Intersolve to a gift card payment method, so you can scan or enter the card at the till.
Check the balance of a test card and test a redemption. Only combine internal Count-IT gift cards with external cards once you have tested posting and balances.
