Through the Pay. integration you process online payments, recurring payments and payments on supported terminals within Count-IT.
Count-IT starts payments with Pay., online via a payment link or in store on a supported terminal, and receives the payment status back automatically. Recurring payments are possible too. Suitable for shops, hospitality businesses and B2B businesses that work with Pay.
Pay. is a payment service provider in the Benelux. With the integration you use Pay. both for online payments on invoices and orders and for supported terminal routes in store.
You connect with the API key and service ID of your Pay. account. For terminals, you can temporarily switch on diagnostic payment logging when investigating payment issues.

You choose which data types and directions you use for each integration. Pick one leading system per data type, so changes do not overwrite each other.
Add Pay. via Settings › Master data › App connector › Apps, connect and choose the right profile or account.
Link Pay. to a payment method in Count-IT. If you also use a Pay. terminal, link it in the hardware settings of the POS.
Switch on online payments under Settings › Financial › Online payment, for invoices and/or sales orders. Linking the provider does not do this automatically.
Send an invoice or order with an email template that contains the payment link. The payment status comes back to Count-IT automatically.
