Sepay supplies payment terminals for businesses. Count-IT includes local support for the Sepay ECR and web ECR connections, as far as terminal, licence and local software allow.
At checkout the amount goes to the terminal automatically and the outcome comes back to the till. When investigating payment issues, you can temporarily switch on diagnostic payment logging for a web ECR terminal.

You choose which data types and directions you use for each integration. Pick one leading system per data type, so changes do not overwrite each other.
You receive the connection and account details for your terminal from Sepay or your payment service provider. These details belong to the terminal and should never be guessed.
Add the terminal under Settings › Hardware › Hardware and choose the right type and connection details.
Link the terminal to the card payment method, so the POS passes on the amount automatically.
Make a test payment with a small amount and check that it appears on the receipt and in the day closing.
